Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of All Cor Cloud ("ACC", "the service") provided by All Cor at cloud.cdkac.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. ACC sign-in uses modern authentication methods (authenticator apps or passkeys); you are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen method and your recovery codes. Notify us promptly at the support address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• store or distribute content that infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, or distributes malware;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or infrastructure;
• interfere with or overload the service beyond normal use;
• resell or provide the service to third parties as if it were your own, unless agreed with us.

We may suspend accounts that create risk or legal exposure for us or others, and we will communicate the reason where we lawfully can.

You retain all rights to content you store in the service. We claim no ownership. We process your content only to store, transfer, and share it as you direct, and to keep the service secure and operational. You are responsible for what you store and share, including that you have the rights to do so.

The Basic plan (30 GB) is provided free of charge. Paid plans are assigned during onboarding and billed as described at sign-up or upgrade. Fees are stated per month and may change with notice; changes will not apply retroactively to a paid period. You may stop using a paid plan at the end of its billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our support policy and local law.

We aim for continuous availability and take reasonable measures to protect your data, including redundancy and version history, but no service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred US dollars for free plans).

You may close your account at any time; your content and personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Statement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. On termination for breach, we will where lawful provide a reasonable window to export your content.

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the service, aside from our Privacy Statement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
